| 12th May | We are delighted to announce the appointment of a new agent in the United States. Doug's Bears (see our Links Page for contact details) are based in California, and have already ordered a substantial number of our bears, including one edition designed exclusively for them called Cole. |
| 22nd April | We are proud to announce a new range of bears - Sitting Cubs. This range is different from any of our previous bears incorporating lots of new ideas; the first is Timbuktu, who is a gorgeous chap in dense alpaca. |
| 10th April | What a fantastic show the Great Bear is! Tiring because the show was open on the 5th and 6th April until 6pm, but well worth it. The venue was magical, and the weather brilliant, so if you missed it, do try to come along next year - we'll be there! |
| 10th March | We're launching our Collectors Club in earnest! Simply fill in our request form for more information about our free club. Enjoy benefits such as discounts on bears, layaway service, and news of new bears by email or post. |
| 1st January | Tilly begins work on our Moon Bear series, based on the Olde English names for the moons throughout the year. |
| 9th December 2007 | Today we were awarded 3rd prize in the British Bear Artists Awards at Hove Town Hall with our entry 'Rosie's Bathtime'. This was a winter scene of a family of four polar bears (Ice Spirit was the daddy bear). Altogether the group contained 30 joints. To see the photographs, see our Competition page. |
| 29th November 2007 | We've now booked for the new Teddies Artists Event at Stratford-upon-Avon on the 8th June 2008. It's in a good cause, and many highly respected artists will be there, so put it in your diary now! |
Events - 2008
| 8th June 2008 | Teddy Bear Artist Event, Civic Hall, Stratford-upon-Avon, supporting the British Heart Foundation. Open 11am to 4pm. We are entering into the competition (four categories representing the Four Seasons) so expect some surprises! |

Lostwithiel Bear Fair, Lostwithiel, Cornwall. We love this event - it's held in a nice venue, and the Cornish views and beaches are spectacular, so we generally stay a few days before and after the fair to relax. Not only that, but we won the Visitor's Choice Award at this event last year! |

All of the bears you find on these pages are lovingly made by hand from high quality materials. They are made from mohair or alpaca unless stated otherwise, with fully-jointed limbs and they have glass or onyx eyes.
Because these bears are collectors' bears, they are not suitable for children under 6 years old. Older children should be supervised.
